Thank you for deciding to purchase one of our puppies. We want to make this a stress free and
enjoyable experience for you. Please feel free to email us with any questions or concerns that you
might have along the way. We will E-mail updated pictures of each puppy to their new families at
two, four and six weeks - this will allow you to watch your puppy grow and
change until it is time for him/her to go to its new forever home. This contract is
written for the protection of both the breeder and the buyer - However, it is
primarily written to protect the health and general well being of the puppy.
1. Please read the health guarantee completely before sending a deposit. By sending a deposit, you
are agreeing to the terms and conditions within this contract. You may wish to print a copy of this to
keep with your records.
2. We require a $300 deposit in order to hold a puppy, this deposit can be made
through Paypal, a Cashiers check or Money order and this must be received within
5 business days. If the deposit is not received within these 5 business days, we
will assume that you no longer wish to purchase this puppy, and it will be re-listed
for sale.
3. This deposit is non-refundable, unless there is a problem with the health of your
puppy. In this case, the buyer will have their choice of a full refund or of applying that deposit
toward another puppy.
**Please be certain that you are ready for the time commitment and financial responsibility of a
puppy prior to sending a deposit.**
Shipping - Delivery - Pick up
You will have several options when it comes time for your puppy to go to its new home.
1. Ground Deliveries-
We will meet you with your puppy.
This will always be less than shipping by air.

Peoria, IL - $60.00
Cedar Rapids, IA - $60.00
Dubuque, IA - $60.00
Joliet, IL - $120.00
Des Moines, IA - $120.00
For additional distances, please contact us.
2. Shipping by air-
- If you would like to fly here and carry the puppy on with you, we will meet you at the Moline, IL
airport. There will be a $50 charge for the flight certificate which is required.
- The puppy can be shipped to you in cargo when the weather permits. The puppy
will be shipped out of the Moline, IL airport to any major airport in the 48 states.
The cost will be $300 to most locations - Some locations can only accept VIP
shipping and the cost will be $350 for these locations.
**The shipping charges include ticket pricing, vet check, health certificate and a puppy crate.**
If your puppy is being shipped to you in cargo, the remainder of the purchase price plus the shipping
cost will be due at least five days prior to shipping your puppy - you may send a cashiers check, a
money order or you may use Paypal for an additional 3% charge.
If your puppy is being delivered to you in any other method, the remainder of the purchase price plus
any delivery fees (if applicable) will not be due until you actually receive your puppy. This payment
must be in Cash! No Checks!!
